Darron Burke's love story with a beautiful Colombian woman named Eliana sparked the inception of Don Pablo Coffee. During a visit to Eliana's homeland, Darron was warmly welcomed by her family and given the name "Don Pablo" by her grandmother, as it was more easily pronounced. This heartwarming encounter inspired Darron and Eliana to embark on a joint venture, establishing Don Pablo Coffee together.
At the heart of Don Pablo's success lies an unwavering commitment to quality. We source only the finest Arabica beans from around the world, and slow-roast them in small batches to ensure a fresh, rich, and delicious cup of coffee every time. Our meticulous attention to detail at each stage of production is what sets our products apart.

Our 2LB Don Pablo Swiss Water Process Colombian Decaf is a true testament to our dedication. Naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process method, this coffee is 99.9% caffeine-free, yet maintains its mild, sweet, rich, and smooth characteristics. With a medium body, pleasant acidity, citrus notes, and a lasting chocolate and walnut finish, it delivers the taste of the real thing without the caffeine.
The slight caramelization of the natural sugars in the bean gives this Medium-Dark roast a touch of roastiness, while preserving its natural flavor profile, resulting in a sweet and pleasant aftertaste. As a 100% Arabica Whole Bean Coffee, it is also GMO-free.
