Martin Mayorga, born in Guatemala and raised in Nicaragua, began importing coffee in the early 1990s and built his business to provide the best possible support to farmers while sourcing and roasting the highest quality coffee for the market.
What makes our product unique is that we work directly with our producers, engaging them in the quality and consistency of the product. We import everything into our own facilities in the US, where we handle everything until we ship to our customers, ensuring they receive the smoothest, most flavorful coffees.
The reason we love what we do is that everything we do is about making a positive impact for people. We support producers and use our products to generate better livelihoods. Hearing from customers about how much they enjoy our products is very meaningful, as it shows we are a driving force of positivity.
Our product line includes Cafe Cubano Roast, Winter Blend, Mayan Blend, Inca Blend, and Muy Macho Cafe Cubano Decaf. These coffees are made from 100% Arabica coffee beans, roasted to different levels to bring out their unique flavor profiles.
The Cafe Cubano Roast is a dark roast with bold, smooth, and sweet notes. The Winter Blend has a sweet, vanilla, and cocoa aroma, while the Mayan Blend is a medium roast with smooth, sweet, and chocolate notes. The Inca Blend is a medium roast with sweet, honey, and chocolate flavors, and the Muy Macho Cafe Cubano Decaf is a very dark roast with bold, smooth, and dark chocolate notes.
All our coffees are available in various sizes, from 12 oz to 5 lb, and are compatible with most brewing methods, including pressure, boiling, steeping, and filtration/dripping.
